Vendor Registration Process Overview

The Vendor Self-Service System (VSS) allows for vendors to create a profile for online bidding for procurement opportunities available through the City of Dallas. The vendor registration process will be introduced and explained.

Informal and Formal Solicitation

Informal solicitations are procurements under $50K, formal solicitations are procurements over $50K. The overview will provide content on the differences between both types.

How to Find Open Opportunities

Open procurement opportunities (formal and informal) are available in the VSS system. In this presentation RLT staff will assist companies in finding and navigating through available opportunities.
